Bermuda 37 will be on a 2.2 acre site in Bermuda Park, Nuneaton, Warwickshire which Tungsten Properties has acquired in this established employment area to the south of Nuneaton off the A444.
The site has planning approval for a new single industrial unit of 36,730 sq ft (3,412 sq m).
The building will target BREEAM Very Good, EPC A and provide EV charging.
PC is expected in Q3 2025.
