Located two miles south of Lichfield city centre with access to the A5 and wider transport network, the 8.8 acre plot has outline planning consent for five mid-box units which will total 139,340 sq ft (12,945 sq m) and will range from 13,000 sq ft (1,207 sq m) to 44,750 sq ft (4,157 sq m).
The units will provide up to 10 metres to haunch and benefit from 1.5 MVA of power. There will be 10% EV charging spaces installed with the remaining 90% of spaces ‘EV ready'.
Practical completion is targeted to be Q2 2026.
