Matt joined the team in July 2024 from Trammell Crow Company where he was Development Director – UK logistics. Prior to that he worked for JLL and CBRE. He started his surveying career at Lambert Smith Hampton. He brings with him solid agency and developer-side UK logistics experience.
His career highlights include the delivery of 710,000 sq ft of logistics floorspace across two prime sites in Milton Keynes and Sheffield. Both Grade A assets were built to BREEAM ‘Excellent' and net zero carbon construction in accordance with UK Green Building Council NZC framework.
Notable transactions spanning Matt’s agency and development career comprise the acquisition of 28 acres in Heywood, Manchester; the disposal of 40 acres in Coventry within the Midlands ‘Golden Triangle’; and the sale of a further 40 acres to a hyperscaler data centre in Newport, Wales
