Tungsten Park Oakham comprised a 3.79 acre site that Tungsten acquired in June 2021. We subsequently built out a 13 unit development which practically completed in June 2022. The site provides a range of unit sizes from 2,000 sq ft up to 7,000 sq ft and has a mix of trade, retail and light industrial uses.
Occupiers include Screwfix, Toolstation, Howdens, Cancer Research, Easy Bathrooms, Eden Tyres plus others.
The site is now fully let and all units have been sold.
