Tungsten Properties has acquired a 2.2 acre site in Bermuda Park, Nuneaton, Warwickshire from Tawnywood Ltd for £0.75 million.
Bermuda Park is an established employment area to the south of Nuneaton off the A444 with access to M6 Junction 3 to Birmingham, Coventry and Leicester and includes occupiers such as Hello Fresh, Evri, Toolstation and Screwfix.
Tungsten Properties is to submit a planning application for Bermuda 37 which will be a new single industrial unit of 36,730 sq ft (3,412 sq m) and will target BREEAM Very Good, EPC A and provide EV charging. The delivery target is Q1 2024, subject to planning.
Jeff Penman, managing director, Tungsten Properties said: “This site in Nuneaton is our latest balance sheet acquisition as we continue to acquire land to deliver buildings in strategic, well-connected locations for businesses looking to expand or relocate. Bermuda Park is one of the prime Midlands’ industrial estates and there is identified latent market demand for a new unit which we will deliver as soon as we have the necessary permissions.”
Phillips Sutton acted on behalf of Tawnywood Ltd. Leasing agents are Phillips Sutton and Carter Jonas.
