Tungsten Properties, with funding partner Tristan Capital Partners, advised by Savills, has completed the first letting at the newly developed Centurion Park business park in Horsley Cross, Colchester to Chigwell Window Centre, part of the Chigwell Group.
Chigwell Window Centre manufactures, supplies and fits high-performance aluminium and uPVC windows, doors and glazed extensions.
Headquartered in Hainault, east London with four south east showrooms, they have taken a 20 year lease on unit 6 which totals 45,754 sq ft (4,250 sq m) to expand their manufacturing and distribution and house 70 staff.

Centurion Park is a brand new development of 11 high quality industrial and distribution units, suitable for B1C (light industrial), B2 (general industrial) and B8 (storage and distribution) uses. The units range in size from 11,000 – 70,500 sq ft (1,021 – 6,967 sq m) with dedicated office space, yards up to 45m, 37-50KN/M2 floor loading, 5 MVA power, up to 8-12 eaves height, mixed mode ventilation, solar power and EV charging points.
